- Combination pH electrode, automatic pH control, PT100 temperature probe, 150W internal heater, Julabo FP50HD refrigerated and heating circulator to control oil temperature
- Controlled addition of solids liquids and gases
- Turbidity monitoring
- HEL AutoMate 130 bar pressure reactor with GC-MS sampling
Fractional distillation (reactive distillation) facility
- High performance pilot distillation unit, 5cm diameter column packed with SULZER DX Hastelloy packing giving 20 theoretical stage performance.
- Can operate down to 2mBar.
- To facilitate batch and fed batch reactive distillation studies the jacketed 1 litre reboiler vessel is also fitted with controlled dosing, agitation and is heated by recalculating oil
